Another bento this week without a box. My goal for bento is to eat more fruits & veggies and generally more healthful lunches that aren't too many WW points. I think this one fits into those categories, and it was yummy! The picture on the other hand, isn't good. iphone photo, blurry, bad lighting, but at least you can see what I ate. :)
Sandwich thin with fried egg, grapes, tomato, basil, & mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinegar, radishes and Oreo cakesters.
This is making me hungry. . .
