Many Minis

Got the bug to make some mini frittatas the other day to put into bento boxes (which never happened) and they turned out pretty yummy. Eggs, crumbled bacon, a little shredded cheese, a smidge of flour, seasoning, and some finely chopped deli turkey all baked in a mini muffin pan. IF I had gotten around to putting these into a bento lunch they would have been the perfect size for my slim pink box. Maybe next time.
